If there’s one thing our graduate schemes have in common, it’s the fact that they’re not for the faint-hearted. Our industry’s never changed as fast as it’s doing at the moment – new products, new processes and new markets mean that innovation is key.
All of our environments are stimulating and challenging, from our factories in the UK to our fields in China. We’re looking for the people who are going to lead our businesses sooner rather than later, and will put the effort and application in from day one.
