Business Management Scheme

This Scheme is now CLOSED for our 2008 intake.

Our Head Office in Peterborough houses a range of functions that provide critical support to our dynamic and diverse business – everything from HR to Purchasing, Marketing and Supply Chain.

Whilst on our challenging two-year Business Management Scheme, you will rotate around these functions, spending up to six months in each. This will give you a detailed understanding of our business and how we operate. You’ll be tackling live business issues, taking on a high level of responsibility from the outset and gaining significant on-the-job experience, which will be complemented by ongoing training at our Development Centre.

On completion of the two years, you will move into a junior management role in one of our business areas. Here, your development will continue as you can more specialist knowledge.
