Agriculture Scheme requirements

If you have drive and passion with excellent interpersonal skills then we are interested in you!
We are looking for graduates with a 2:1 or higher ideally in an Agriculture, Biological Sciences or Business related degree.

The comprehensive training programme is aligned to our Area Managers of the future and consequently involves a number of technical, personal and professional development aspects. The latter will see the trainee undertaking their BASIS and FACTS certificates.

Successful candidates will be involved in all aspects of agriculture, from the agronomic aspects of drilling and harvesting to the logistics management of planning up to 1000 deliveries a day of sugar beet to a factory in 1 day!
It is an exciting and challenging role that will keep you invigorated throughout the year

Operations Management requirements

The scope and complexity of our operation,
not to mention massive early responsibility,
calls for well-rounded graduates of the
highest quality. Academically, that means you
will need a 2:1 or higher in Engineering Chemical/Electrical/Manufacturing/Mechanical
or Chemistry. And if you can demonstrate
industrial work experience, whether as a
placement or summer job, so much the better.

On a more personal level, we are looking for people with a 'can-do' attitude and an insuppressible passion for large-scale engineering. Natural leaders with tenacity, an enquiring mind and the ability to deliver innovative yet practical solutions. Have no illusions, there will be unglamorous, hands-on work which will require you to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. But to the right person, that's more likely to be an attraction!

Finance Scheme requirements

We are only interested in graduates who have talent, drive and a real hunger for rapid advancement.

Firstly, you will need at least a 2:1 in a numerate or relevant degree. This intellectual ability must be backed by proven experience of taking significant responsibility and clear evidence that you are not afraid of hard work.

But what will set you apart is your personality. Since you will be playing such an integral part in our operations, it is essential that you can mix well with a wide range of people. You will also need the confidence and presence to be able to come into the business and rapidly establish credibility as a finance expert.

Business Management Scheme requirements

Graduates who join our Business Management Scheme are seen as the future leaders of our business. So, we need bright, ambitious people with at least a 2:1 degree gained in any discipline.

Above all, you will need to be a charismatic and personable individual. Your role will extend across our operations, so you’ll need to be able to interact with a variety of people. You’ll also need a high level of self-confidence along with the credibility to quickly make your mark in our business.
