Our Head Office in Peterborough houses a range of functions that provide critical support to our dynamic and diverse business - everything from Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Product and Supply Chain.
You will build a unique portfolio of skills by rotating around our teams to gain an understanding of our business, our customers and the way in which we operate.
You will be tackling 'live' business issues and taking on a high level of responsibility from the outset, gaining significant on-the-job experience. All of this activity will be complemented by ongoing training at our Development Centre.
On successful completion of the scheme you will be appointed into a junior management role in one of our business areas. Where you are placed will be based on both business need and your personal strengths demonstrated through the 2 year scheme.

In addition a positive approach coupled with great interpersonal and communication skills together with a talent for influencing those around you. You’ll be a logical thinker who enjoys working through problems and coming up with new ways of solving them. Requirements
Talent, drive and a real hunger for rapid advancement won’t actually be enough. You will also need at least a 2:1 and a proven track record of taking significant responsibility and clear evidence that you can handle hard work

Your training and development needs are paramount to your success and to ensure you are equipped to deal with the responsibilities that will be placed on you throughout the scheme and beyond. As your personal development is key to ensure you develop the skills, knowledge and behaviour required, you will also have a support network around you to help guide you.
