We’ve signed a voluntary code of conduct on corporate social responsibility which governs our actions in a number of areas, including our employees, customers, suppliers, the wider community, sustainability, energy, natural resources and innovation.
Beyond our responsibilities in terms of food safety, the environment, and health and safety, we also operate a Money Match scheme whereby every pound raised for charity by our employees is matched by us. The beneficiary gets twice as much, and there’s real motivation for our people to involve themselves in local communities.
